Over summer Maungaraki Community Centre (MCC) underwent a major upgrade. The MCC got a fresh paint job inside and out, and a new ceiling was installed with new LED lights, which has made a tremendous difference to the brightness of the main floor.
Minor work is still being carried out, including installation of new window blinds and locks.
The MCA would like to thank the Hutt City Council for its investment into the MCC, to make the facility more modern and fresh. Our hall users are back and enjoying the improved space.
